Arthur Vincent Prario of Kenova

Arthur Vincent Prario, 91, of Kenova, WV went to be with his savior and his daughter Linda Alice Monday, April 16, 2012 in St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted 11:00 A.M. Friday, April 20, 2012 at Ebenezer Baptist Church with Pastor Mark Booth officiating. Interment will follow in Maple Hill Cemetery, Kenova, WV. Arthur was born January 17, 1921 in Hazard, Ky. son of the late Oriente and Mida Hill Prario. He was a retired board operator from Novamont. He was a veteran having served in the U.S. Army during WW II and was a recepient of the Bronze Star, the American Legion Post 93 Honor Guard will conduct graveside rites. He was a graduate of Scott High School and the Cincinnati College of Mortuary Science. Arthur was a member of the Ebenezer Baptist Church and Buena Vista Lodge #60 whose members will conduct graveside rites. Arthur and Betty loved to spend time at their special getaway in Arbovale, WV. where they enjoyed each other’s company and God’s creation. Besides his parents and daughter, he was also preceded in death by one sister Eva Ruth Prario. Survivors include his cherished wife of 65 years Betty June Crum Prario, two daughters and sons-in-law Janey and Richard Buckner and Kelly and John Fouch; 16 grandchildren Melissa, Michael, Emalee, Richelle, Mark, John, Matthew, Ashley, Melinda, Josh, Jeremy, Justin, Melissa Anne, Lindsey, Skylar and Taylor; 2 great-grandchildren Gavin and Landon; one brother and sister-in-law L.K. and Hannah Prario and a special niece Becky White.
